The Brief

AKT briefed Somerce to grow their affiliate community. They have a strong brand image so wanted to maintain this whilst growing quickly on the platform and reaching over $100k within 4 months of launching.

What We Did

We found key creators who fit the brand both from it's West End heritage and other brand fit creators, created a strong simple brief as seen on the right and rolled this out to creators who created content that converted. Once one video went viral, we adapted the brief and drove continuous viral videos. They are now on track to do $180k+ in August.

We fast tracked AKT's affiliate success strategy by gifting 100 new samples each week to high quality creators. We're now utilising additional budget to ensure the top performing creators gain retainers and stay engaged with the brand. The brand aims for a contribution margin of 5%.
