Ooh & Ahh had hit a ceiling with their TikTok Shop growth. Despite an impressive start, sustaining momentum proved challenging. Somerce stepped in to overhaul their strategy, optimising content, Lives, and affiliate performance to reignite growth.

What We Did

Developed and launched a large-scale creator community, now with over 1000 active affiliates on the account. Another focus has been LIVEs: building out their Daily LIVEs and Showcase strategy, and helping them to deliver record-breaking showcase LIVEs.
