After successfully delivering a +£2m LIVE, P.Louise bought us in to help them deliver over £10m in November 2025.

What We Did:

🔥 Value-Led Promotions (Without Flash Sales): We replaced flash-led trading with a GWP and BMSM strategy, allowing us to drive urgency and conversion while protecting brand equity and AOV.

🏆 Affiliate Championship Activation: We launched a affiliate championship that dramatically increase posting frequency and content volume. This flooded the FYP accelerating momentum without paid reliance.

🎥 Hands-On Performance & Live Management
We tightly managed live output, affiliate performance, creator behaviour and daily GMV targets, optimising in real time across hosts, products and incentives.
