who we are

Somerce Ltd ("Somerce", "we", "us") is a TikTok Shop agency registered in England, with offices in London and Manchester. For the purposes of UK GDPR, Somerce is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

what we collect

  • Enquiry details you send us through the contact form or by email: name, work email, brand, an approximate monthly GMV band and your message.
  • Booking details if you choose to schedule a call with us.
  • Basic usage data needed to run, measure and secure the site, such as server logs and privacy-conscious analytics.
  • Recruitment information you submit when applying for a role.

how we use it

We use personal data to reply to enquiries, deliver our services, run recruitment and meet our legal obligations. If you subscribe to the TikTok Shop Weekly Insight Report, we use your email address to send it — every issue includes an unsubscribe link, or email [email protected] and we will remove you. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, under contract, or where the law requires.

who helps us run things

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, under contract: Cloudflare hosts the site and stores enquiry submissions securely; Google Analytics helps us understand how the site is used (advertising features are switched off, and it honours your choice if you decline analytics); Resend delivers our emails, such as the confirmation you receive after enquiring; Cal.com handles call scheduling if you book a call; and Workable processes job applications. We do not sell personal data.

how long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it.

your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under UK GDPR, and the right to complain to the ICO. To exercise any of them, email [email protected].
