the challenge
Free Soul had an audience and a product people wanted, but TikTok Shop LIVE rewards a different kind of consistency than a brand's other channels: a schedule the algorithm can learn, hosts who can hold a stream for hours without the energy dropping, and an offer structure built for viewers who are watching, not just scrolling. The brief was to build that consistency and turn it into a dependable revenue line, not a series of one-off streams.
the approach
We built Free Soul's TikTok LIVE engine around volume and rhythm. Broadcasts run 11+ hours a day, staffed by trained hosts from our managed roster, so the shop is live and selling for most of the hours its audience is actually on the app, not just for a scheduled hour or two.
That much airtime only works with discipline behind it. Slots are set by the data, offers and bundles are staged ahead of each broadcast rather than improvised on air, and every stream is run from the same studio floors we use for our other daily-LIVE clients, so quality holds whether it is hour one or hour eleven.
Volume built the base. The uplift came from tightening what happens inside each hour: sharper offer sequencing, hosts briefed on which products to lead with, and a run-of-show that keeps viewers watching for longer, the same operating discipline we detail across our TikTok LIVE service.
the results
The daily engine now runs 11+ hours of LIVE a day and carries £250k+ in LIVE GMV a month. Once the schedule and the offer structure reached full intensity, LIVE GMV lifted a further 40% on top of that run rate. For Free Soul, LIVE has gone from an occasional stream to the channel's main engine.
